LOCAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY RAISES THOUSANDS FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST AUTISM
Ashburn, Virginia – April 2009 – MCW Solutions, LLC, a Northern VA technology integrator, raises thousands of dollars for The Brighter Day Care, an organization committed to special education for children with special needs. "We do this every year; we just never thought it would be this big," says Ghattas Hajjo, president and co-founder of MCW Solutions, LLC, a local technology integrator that has raised thousands for the fight against Autism this year, sponsoring The Brighter Day Care. Each year, MCW Solutions, and The Brighter Day Care, team up to throw the Fight for Autism Invitational. "It is always a complimentary golf tournament; we just ask for donations," says Hajjo. And, this year, donations they got. Raising nearly 10 thousand dollars in this economy is not easy. So, how did they do it?

Each year the tournament is thrown with one goal in mind - to make a difference in the education of children with special needs. With the number of children being diagnosed with Autism and Autism awareness rising, "we have found that people are either personally effected by this disorder, or they are interested in helping those who are," says Melinda Ward, Marketing Director for MCW and the Fight for Autism Invitational organizer. Potential sponsors were calling nearly every day to inquire about the tournament and what they could do to help. "Our community is embracing our efforts, and we greatly appreciate everything they donate and give to help our cause," says Ann Finan, Director of The Brighter Day Care, an organization committed to special education for children with special needs and the benefactor of the Invitational. The Third Annual Fight for Autism Invitational is being held on Monday, August 3, 2009 at the Belmont Country Club from noon until 5 p.m.
