In April, 2009, Shulman, Rogers sends out the Request for Information to more than five different turn-key technology companies. The project is awarded to MCW Solutions, LLC, a local technology integrator specializing in the convergence of facilities and Information Technology Solutions. MCW Solutions designs an innovative Unified Communications Platform for Shulman, Rogers. This Platform solution gives the law firm the capability to unite all of their telephony and Audio/Visual systems releasing a majority of their budget constraint due to travel. The Platform is comprised of an Audio/Visual design for Shulman, Rogers' five conference rooms including: a fully automated three–conference room solution, along with two other remote conference rooms for presentation purposes. The main of the three–conference room solution is divided by sky fold doors, controlled by AMX Netlynx controller that controls the lighting, sky fold doors, projectors, plasmas, and different electronic sources such as: cables, speakers, DVD and hardware. MCW also implemented a new phone system and a LAN infrastructure.
